About This Wine
Naturally fermented with the indigenous yeast of the grapes, aged in 300L and 500L barrels of French oak (85%) and American oak (15%), 1st, 2nd and 3rd filling, for 15 months.
Our wines are made in the most natural way, to keep the characteristics of our fruit and soil alive in the bottle.
Enjoy this wonderfully fresh wine at a slightly cooler drinking temperature of 16◦C.
